I moved to Rochester in 1979 to attend RIT. After attending both undergraduate and graduate school, my wife told me that she didn't mind me staying at RIT for as long as I wanted, as long as I found a way to have them pay me, rather than the other way around.

That is exactly what I did. I had a rewarding career serving various corporate training, research, and investigation roles for the institute for over 15-years.  I really enjoyed the academic environment, and the opportunity to work with an incredible number of talented and highly motivated faculty, staff, and students. 

Thought I left RIT to pursue other interest, my wife (Susan) and son (Clayton) are still there. (staff - College of Science & student - College of Engineering respectively) 

As RIT has and continues to play such an important role in our lives, I thought it would be only right to give back something in return.
