Before Advanced Home Awareness Home Inspections can complete the inspection of a home or building, we must have a signed Pre-Inspection Agreement. We generally bring this document to the inspection for your review and signature. 

This Pre-Inspection Agreement must be read, signed, and returned prior to the completion of the inspection.
